- Refunds/Returns Policy
1.1. Eligibility: We offer refunds for eligible products in accordance with the terms outlined below. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met: a. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received. b. The product must not be a customized or special order item. c. The product must be returned within the specified timeframe.
1.2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please follow these steps: a. Contact our customer support team within 30 days from the date of delivery. b. Provide the order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation or evidence. c. Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed if the refund is approved. d. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
1.3. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited to your account.
- Warranty
1.1. Warranty replacement parts will be provided for products used for 2 years or 200 hrs whichever comes first from the data of initial use, not installation, to allow for homebuilders to install products but not start the “clock” on the warranty expiration. To support this Monkworkz requests that builders notify Monkworkz when they initially fly their aircraft. Monkworkz will extend this warranty at our discretion but no other warranty is expressed or implied. While Monkworkz has done extensive testing and analysis on the products sold, the homebuilt aircraft industry by definition has the potential to have major variation from the initially tested use cases and these variations from the intended use cases could lead to product failure, engine failure or damage, forced landings, hazard to flight safety, hazard to persons or property on the ground, death, dismemberment, and other unintended consequences. 3.1. International customers are subject to the same refund and return policies outlined above. However, please note the following additional considerations: a. Customs Fees: We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred on returned items. Any such fees will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable. b. Shipping Restrictions: Certain countries may have restrictions or regulations on the import of aircraft parts. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations before initiating a return.
